Return & Cancellation Policy

At Sushmart, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read the following guidelines regarding returns and cancellations.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched. To cancel an order, contact our support team via email or phone with your order details. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled; in such cases, a return request must be initiated.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags. Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, or items marked non-returnable, are not eligible for returns.

3. Refund Process

After approval of a return request, the product must be sent back following our return instructions. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt of the returned item. Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or defective delivery.

4. Replacement / Exchange

If a product is received damaged or incorrect, customers may request a replacement. Replacement is subject to product availability. Sushmart bears shipping costs for replacements in cases of defective or wrong items.
